Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bella Monnar purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

1. Return Conditions

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

• Exclusions: Final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.

2. Returns

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is incorrect or defective, Bella Monnar covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

• Customer Remorse: For all other returns (e.g., fit, style preferences), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

3. Exchanges

All items are eligible for exchange. The customer must post the item back to our office within 14 days of receiving it (return shipping at your cost). Once received, the item will undergo a quality assessment. We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as Bella Monnar is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns.

4. How to Start a Return

A. Email returns@bellamonnar.com with your order number.

B. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.

C. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
